This failure is due to a failure of the pressure regulator valve:
1.Rated pressure adjustment of the pressure regulating valve is improper;
2.The adjustment bolts are screwed too tightly or the vent holes are blocked by foreign bodies or improper product selection;
3.Seals are damaged and tightly sealed, or have foreign bodies at valve ports and valves.
Resolve the insufficient pressure caused by the pressure regulator valve failure:
1.Adjustment bolts of regulating pressure regulating valve (screw bolts down to increase working pressure);
2.Check whether the bolt adjustment is too tight, and dredge the oil drain hole of the valve body;
3.Replace the drain valve seal ring or remove and replace the inlet and outlet discs.
How to solve the low oil pressure or no pressure
Low pressure or no pressure is a problem often encountered during the press filter.To avoid affecting the work efficiency of the filter, some solutions should be understood in advance.The following describes the pressure filter pressure drop or some pressure-free solutions:
1.Pressure relief valve is low adjustment pressure, release pressure relief valve lock nut, rotate overflow valve handle (rotate inward to increase oil pressure, rotate outward to reduce oil pressure) adjust oil pressure, adjust ordinary pressure gauge model under rated working pressure, electric contact pressure gauge model is adjusted to slightly above the rated working pressure.
2.After many years (3 years-5 years or more), the seal ring mounted on the cylinder piston is worn out, and the pressure does not rise.
3.If the oil filter leaks oil, the pressure does not rise.
4.No oil is present in the fuel filter fuel tank.Considering transport and other issues, drain the hydraulic oil from the tank when the new machine leaves the factory.If there is no oil, how can there be no pressure?
5.If hydraulic oil is not enough to absorb oil, hydraulic oil shall be added according to the position indicated by the level gauge.
6.Lower the upper limit of the contact pressure gauge, to the appropriate position and adjust the valve to the appropriate pressure.
