O-rings is suitable for installation on various mechanical equipment and
for sealing function in static or moving state at specified temperature,
pressure, and different liquid and gas media.A large number of various
types of sealing elements are used in machine tools, ships, automobiles,
aerospace equipment, metallurgical machinery, chemical machinery,
engineering machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery,
petroleum machinery, plastic machinery, agricultural machinery, and
various instruments and instruments.O tightness is mainly used for static
and reciprocating seals.Use for rotary motion seal, limited to low speed
rotary seal only.O-rings are generally installed in rectangular grooves on
the outer or inner circle.O-ring still plays a good sealing and shock absorption
role in oil resistance, acid-alkali, grinding, chemical erosion and other
environments.Therefore, the O ring is one of the most widely used seals in
hydraulic and pneumatic transmission systems.

Installation Note
Ⅰ. Requirements for installing the O-ring
Before installing the O-ring, check the following:
1. Whether the introduction angle is processed and whether the sharp edge is inverted or rounded according to the drawing;
2. Whether the inner diameter of removes the burr surface without pollution;
3. Whether the seals and parts have been coated with grease or fluid (to ensure the medium compatibility of the elastomer, recommended lubrication with the sealed fluid);
4. shall not use grease containing solid additives such as molybdenum dissulfide, zinc sulfide.
Ⅱ. Install the O-ring manually
1. uses sharp-edge-free tools;
2. ensures that O-ring is not twisted and O-ring;
3. Try to install O rings and ensure correct positioning;
4. O-rings bonded with sealing strips shall not be stretched at connections.
Ⅲ. Install screws, splines, etc
1. When the O-ring is stretched, install spindle through screws, splines, keylots, etc.
The spindle can be made of softer, smooth metal or plastic, free of burrs or sharp edges.
2. install pressing screws, they shall be screwed symmetrically and not in directional order.
