  1.Sludge and pharmaceutical pumps shall be using screw pumps instead of centrifugal pumps
 The sludge pump of the diaphragm press filter sludge dewatering system initially used a mud pump (belonging to the centrifugal pump).During operation, the pump does not block the mud or the pump leakage.The pump is often required for flushing and repair during operation.The pump is also heavy.

  2.The filter belt regulator shall be equipped with mud protection device

  In the initial stage of the diaphragm filter, the deviation of the filter band often occurs, which often causes the filter belt to be stuck in the extrusion roller, thus greatly shortening the service life of the filter belt.Later, we found that the main cause of the filter band offset was the fault of the filter band adjustment device.After installing the mud-proof device, the problem of filter belt offset is solved.

  3.Filfilter shall be selected from the filter by interface connection.Filter connected with metal buckle shall not be used.
  The filter belt with the metal buckle line connection interface will actually undergo continuous wear by the scraper, and can easily break from the interface to damage the mesh belt.It must be replaced, and the operating cycle is only about 3 months.When the diaphragm press filter runs away, the filter band even breaks within one month.This problem is resolved after replacing the filter band with the interface connection mode.The operating period of filter bands has increased to 6 months to 1 year, mainly due to the very strong flexibility and difficulty of this type of filter interface.Damage suffered.

  4.The tension of the lower filter band should be less than that of the upper filter cloth.

  Above, the tension difference between the lower filter bands has an important effect on the dehydration effect of the sludge.Higher pressure presses the clay cake to the lower pressure side, adjusting the tension of the filter band to make the lower band less than the upper band and the free stripping through the lower band to improve the cake yield.

  5.The pressure on the filter belt washing water should be increased.Install the flush pipe in the necessary position to ensure that the filter band is flushed.

  In the sludge dehydration operation of the diaphragm filter, the water content of the mud cake is often very high, resulting in the mud cake being seriously muddy in the external transportation process, affecting the environment, and does not meet the environmental protection requirements.One of the main reasons the technicians found was that the filter belt was not completely washed out, and there was a blockage, which caused a blocked drainage, resulting in a high water content of the mud cake.When the pressure of the filter belt washing water increased from 0.6Mpa to 0.8Mpa, and installed the flushing water pipe before the filter belt entered the gravity dehydration area, the water content of the mud cake was increased and reduced.
