（5）The design, structure, and strength of the transmission shaft do not meet the existing technical requirements.
（6）Drive shaft bearing with inadequate lubrication (regular lubrication).
（7）Operation is not standard, but the skills are not closed (enhanced management).
Solution for plate damage of van filter:
1. It is recommended to use nylon clean scraper to regularly remove sludge from material inlet;
2. Check filter plate and clean drain pipe.Open the corresponding valve to release the pressure;
3. Clean the filter plate carefully and repair it;
Repair steps of van filter:
1. Clean the groove and keep the groove clean;
2. The ratio of black and white restorations is 1:1;
3. Apply a layer of good patch and fill the groove;
4. Quickly set the filter cloth, squeeze the filter plate together to make the patch and filter cloth stick together and squeeze the groove;
5. After extrusion, the glue forms naturally after a period of time, and the plate frame can be used normally.
