1.The mechanical pressure transmission parts and deceleration gearbox of the van press filter must be filled with lubricating oil; the hydraulic pressure is used to check the oil storage amount of the fuel tank and the operating pressure of the hydraulic station.Hydraulic oil is usually replaced every year.When replacement, the hydraulic system shall be fully cleaned and the working pressure of the hydraulic station shall be less than the maximum working pressure of the cylinder, but the small value shall not be lower than the allowable value of the filter pressure.If too small, it will cause a lot of leaks, and the components will be damaged.
2.When the van filter filter plate is less than the specified quantity, do not start the operation, so as not to damage the machine.Check the layout of the filter plate before feeding.The filter cloth shall not be folded to prevent substantial leakage.After the filter cake is unloaded, the filter plates must be tightly packed and aligned.
3.After everything is normal, the filter plate can be pressed and filtered.The filtration pressure and the filtration temperature must be within the specified limits.If the filter pressure is too high, it will cause leakage.The filtration temperature is too high.Plastic filter plates are easy to deform.The concentration shall be uniform.No mixed material; after the filter cake must be removed, the filter cloth and plate, the residue must not adhere to the sealing surface or feed channel, otherwise the smoothness of the feed and the sealing performance of the filter plate will be affected, so that the pressure imbalance on both sides of the filter plate will damage the filter plate.
4.The selection of van filter filter cloth must meet the filter technical requirements of the filter pad.New filter cloth shall be reduced before production.The diameter of the openings shall be less than the filter plate.When the filter plate is matched, the holes and plate holes should be relatively concentric.The cloth should be close to the pipe wall, otherwise resulting in unclear filtration, low filtration rate and broken breakage, without the desired filtration effect.
5.In the initial stage of the pressure filter, the pressure filter is more turbid.When the filter cake is formed on the filter cloth, the filtrate will become clarified.If the filter liquid is turbid or clearly mixed, it may be a damaged filter cloth or the filter hole deviates from the plate hole.Close the valve or stop feeding the paper and replace the filter cloth.Small leakage due to the capillary phenomenon of the filter cloth is allowed between the filter plates.
6.When moving the van filter filter plate, the action force shall be uniform and appropriate.Do not collide or knock to avoid damage to the sealing surface and filter wrench.After the filter cloth is used for a while, it harden and performance decreases.Therefore, regular inspections are required.If this change is found to affect the filtration rate, neutralization cleaning can be performed using the corresponding low concentrations of weak acid and weak base to restore the filter cloth.If it cannot recover, please replace it in time.
7.The slurry, cleaning fluid or compressed air valve must be activated according to the operating procedure.It cannot be activated simultaneously.When squeezing the diaphragm, the compressed air pressure must not exceed the filter pressure.
