Ordering and acceptance process of plate frame filter

  (1)The equipment management department shall conduct the market source investigation according to the external ordered equipment list and sign the order contract.The contract is determined by the equipment purchaser and the supplier and usually includes the following terms.
  1Name, address, contact information, account number, buyer and contract representative and general taxpayer number.
  2Model, specification and quantity of plate frame press filter equipment.
  3Equipment quality and technical requirements and acceptance standards.
  4Equipment prices and transportation, packaging, insurance and other expenses and settlement methods.
  5Date of equipment delivery, place of delivery, and mode of delivery.
  6Liability for breach of contract and penalty of default.
  7Date of contract signing and validity period of the contract.

  1Source of foreign exchange funds and payment plan.
  2Device inquiry and reporting.
  3Sign a contract.

  2.Acceptance of pressure filter equipment
  (1)After the arrival of the new equipment, the equipment management department shall carry out unpacking inspection with the archives department and the engineering department.Raw technical data of the equipment shall be kept by the archive department.The equipment technical data required by the equipment management department, the user unit and the construction unit shall be provided by the archives department.
  (2)The steps and main contents of the unpacking inspection are as follows.
  1Check the appearance and packaging.
  2Check whether the parts, components, tools, accessories, spare parts, instructions and other technical materials are complete and defective according to the packing list.
  3Check the plate frame press filter equipment for rust.
  4Check that the physical object meets the drawing requirements.
  5Inspection records during unpacking inspection.
