USH Hydraulic NBR Rod and Piston seal

Instruction

  The USH type has a narrow cross section and is a high symmetrical type
U seal such as the inner and outer lips.It can be easily fit into the overall
composition.Due to the relatively narrow cross section, the USH type is
generally used in hydraulic cylinders with less pressure.Nitrile rubber or
fluorine rubber can be used under different working conditions.To prevent
extrusion, it is recommended to add retaining rings at the root of the seal
when used at a pressure greater than 14MPa.

Working condition

Material: NBR nitrile rubber / FKM fluorine rubber

Temperature: NBR nitrile rubber: -30℃ ~100℃ / FKM fluoro rubber: -20℃ ~200℃

Medium: general oil-based hydraulic oil, water glycol hydraulic oil, oil-water
               emulsion hydraulic oil.

Pressure: ≤ 20MPa

Product use: Seal of piston and piston rod in reciprocating motion (universal
               shaft hole) in the hydraulic cylinder.
